Passed away after a short illness on Thursday 15th May at The Royal Liverpool Hospital. She was with family over her week in hospital and led a full and active life.

Greatly missed by sons and daughter-in-law Philip, Marion and David, Nain to David, Tom and Jenny, Hen Nain to Donnie and Frank. Much loved by everybody.

Funeral service to be held on Friday 6th June 2025 at West Lancashire Crematorium, Burscough at 3.00 pm.

Nainsi was like a grandmother in Albion for me. As a foreigner I was moved and encouraged by her stories of childhood in Wales and how she came to England not being able to speak English properly. She gazed at the world with an eternal stare of youth, enthusiasm and non-judgement. I feel very privileged and honoured to have met her and spent time with her. Sending love and compassion to all her family she left behind.
